Updates from the field.

It has been awhile since I have posted to the blog so here goes.

So where have I been since leaving Bay Head? I went to Pittsburgh to visit Christy for 5 days over Labor Day. For those of you who have never been to Pittsburgh and have a negative image of the city in your head, how wrong your brain is. It has a great skyline, great views of the city from Mt. Washington. Great museums and lots to do. Take some time and visit, you will have a nice time.
I then headed to Richmond and after 3 months of no one wanting to rent my house, I put it on the market and sold it in 12 days. For those wondering how much it sold for, look in the public records for final price. I close on it the 22nd of October. I also went to the NASCAR race at RIR (Richmond International Raceway), which was a ton of fun. If you have never been to a race, do yourself a favor and find someone who has been to a race and go with them. The tailgating is as good as the race, if you have the right friends and enough food and beer to kill a small village. I then headed back up to Bay Head on the 14th for a weekend with some of my friends. Thanks to Clem, Colleen, Char, Jacob and most of all, Christy for a great weekend. Alex we missed you, but make plans for September 17th '05 and the "Half Way to St. Patricks Day" party next year in Bay Head. My plans from today are somewhat elastic at this point, I will mainly be staying in a 360 mile bubble of Bay Head for the next few weeks. If you need to get me try the Bay Head phone number before my cell. If you need the number send me an e-mail and I will send it to you. Speaking of e-mail, if any of you would like a gmail e-mail account just send me a request to my gmail account. Why should you get a gmail account, you may ask? It's web based so you can get it from any computer with net access. It allows you to store up to 1 gig of space to save every photo or attachment you could ever want. Send and receive attachments up to 10 mb. And what would google mail be without the best way to search for anything in your e-mails, search for peoples names, keywords, attachment only e-mails, I could go on and on. I have 6 invites to give out when they are gone I may get more so first come first serve. This is a beta version and does have a small learning curve but it is worth the time to learn and use it. I love it and would never use another free mail service. Well Monday Night Football is on and I just got my Pizza delivered (Lenny's Pizza, Pt Pleasant, NJ - Great Pie) so until later.
